Update: The Return is in Sight

It has taken a few YEARS, but Studio Atelier will be re-activated soon. My studio is now functional, and I've been warming up with some sketches and watercolors. I also have been taking some online classes through the Sktchy app and from Dreama Tolle Perry.

July 2011: Goat & Pony Show

 Just over the hill from us lies a lovely valley with a farm that was established by one of the original settlers of this area.  This month's subject photograph was taken while the animals were enjoying their morning feeding.  Horses can be difficult to render correctly, but hopefully this beautiful pinto will make it a more pleasant challenge.

I chose this topic because there haven't been many challenges with animals in them.  So, here you go.  Enjoy!

Breakfast Time
You will have five (5) weeks to work on this challenge.  Remember to follow the "Rules of the Road" on the right and send me your images as an attachment to your email by August 7, 2011, when you also will be able to see what I have in store for you for the August challenge.
